Who do you work with?

We work with homeowners as well as designers, builders, and contractors — supporting projects from consultation through installation. Whether you’re renovating, building, or updating a single space, we help guide the process from selection through completion.

We design and supply custom window coverings for interior spaces as well as tailored solutions for enclosing and enhancing outdoor living areas. Every project is made to order for your home.

Ordering & Payment

How does the ordering process work?

Once selections are finalized, we provide a detailed quote outlining all specifications. After approval and deposit, a professional check measure is completed to confirm dimensions before production begins.

A deposit is required to begin production. Because each project is custom made, orders are finalized once approved and placed into production.

The remaining balance is due prior to or at installation and project completion.

Yes. Financing is available through Wistack and can be discussed during the quoting process.

Installation & Product Details

Who completes installation?

Installation is performed by our professional installation team.

Please ensure areas around windows and doors are clear and accessible prior to arrival.

Low-voltage systems can be connected during installation. If high-voltage wiring is required, a licensed electrician may be needed.

Exterior Shades & Motorization

Can exterior shades withstand wind?

Yes. Our exterior shade systems are engineered for durability and have been professionally wind tested. In controlled testing, an 8′ × 8′ system withstood wind speeds up to 87 mph.

As with any exterior product, we recommend retracting shades during strong winds or severe weather to protect the fabric and ensure long-term performance.

Many motorized solutions can integrate with common smart home platforms. We review compatibility and control options during the selection process to ensure a seamless experience.

Warranty & Ongoing Service

What warranty is included?

All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty specific to the product selected. Details are outlined on individual product pages and within your order documentation.

Installation workmanship is covered by a 6-month installation warranty following completion.

Yes. Service visits and adjustments can be scheduled as needed after installation.
